How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through Your Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click “Delete Account” in the menu
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Immediately Deleted:

  • All personal information (name, email, phone, address)
  • Your enrollment records and course progress
  • Access to all enrolled courses and materials
  • Your certificates and achievements
  • All user-generated content (comments, reviews)

Permanently Retained (Legal Requirements Only):

  • Transaction records (as required by Indian tax laws and regulations)
  • Anonymized data for statistical purposes (no personally identifiable information)

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account and re-enroll if you wish to access courses again.

Data Deletion Timeline

  • Account Access: Removed immediately
  • Personal Data: Deleted within 24 hours
  • Database Records: Permanently deleted within 72 hours
  • Backup Systems: Purged within 30 days
